The Report and Recommendations of the Ticket to Work Program Evaluation Committee consists solely of information, analyses, and recommendations relating to the subject matter as prepared by the Committee.  It does not purport to represent the findings and opinions of the Legislative Service Commission.  The Legislative Service Commission has authorized the publication of the Committee's report on this website solely to fulfill the mandates of Substitute Senate Bill 346 of the 123rd General Assembly, but the Commission has taken no position in regard to the material contained in the report.
